You may also voluntarily upload a photograph to enhance your profile visibility. This photograph, along with the above details, may be published on the Platform as part of the search functionality.

If you are a prospective student, parent, or customer seeking tutoring services, the Platform may collect personal information such as your full name, contact details (email ID and mobile number), location, and specific subject or learning preferences. With your express consent, this information may be shared in a limited manner with Expert-Ease Professionals to facilitate appropriate service matching and communication.

To process transactions, users may be required to provide financial details, including debit/credit card information or bank account details. Such data shall only be collected through secure third-party payment gateway providers compliant with industry security standards. In certain cases, where funds are to be transferred to you (e.g., for tutors), the Company may collect your bank account details for the purpose of facilitating NEFT or other lawful fund transfers. All such financial data shall be maintained with the highest standards of confidentiality and encryption.

The Company may also collect user-generated content voluntarily submitted by you, including but not limited to suggestions, feedback, comments, or views expressed through discussion forums, community boards, or public communication features on the Platform.
