Our Story

Shubhra Biswas

Co-Founder, Expert-Ease

HELLO!

I’m Shubhra Biswas, Co-Founder of Expert-Ease Tutorial Solutions. The idea of launching Expert-Ease stemmed from my struggle to find the right tutor for my daughter in 7th grade. It inspired me to build a platform connecting parents with ideal mentors for junior and middle school students.

With an M.Sc. in Botany and a B.Ed. in Life and Physical Sciences, I began as a high school teacher in Bangalore, nurturing students through personalised attention. Later, I transitioned into content and marketing roles in fintech and healthtech, bringing strategic and brand-building experience to Expert-Ease.

I’m Kamolika Bhattacharya, Co-Founder of Expert-Ease Tutorial Solutions. We realized something crucial — while almost everything in our lives is now just a tap away, finding the right tutor for your child still feels uncertain and outdated. Our platform changes that—bringing trusted, qualified educators straight to your doorstep.

With Master’s degrees in Journalism and Dance, I’ve spent 15 years as a TV writer, published audiobooks on Storytel, and taught Indian classical and folk dance. I’m passionate about empowering tutors and making quality education accessible to every home.

Hello everyone, I am a retired physician who has served in government hospitals throughout my professional career. Currently, I am witnessing a concerning rise in eye-related issues among pre-primary and primary school children, many of whom now require corrective glasses at an alarmingly young age. This trend is directly linked to excessive screen time, whether for academic learning or entertainment. Beyond physical health, I’ve also observed the emotional and social impact: children are becoming less interactive, and behavioural challenges are becoming more common when their natural energy isn’t directed constructively.

I firmly believe that screen-free, focused education is the need of the hour. Expert-Ease addresses this crucial gap by offering personalised, in-person mentoring that not only nurtures young minds but also restores the essential human connection in learning.

Ashish Biswas is a Founder and Creative Head at Imagos Media Communication Private Limited. An engineer-MBA, he has nearly 15 years of experience working on prestigious brands like Gillette, Olay, Pampers and Braun.
